¿Alguna vez has tenido un sueño que NO puedas dejar?
Para mí es mi Vegan Cafe. Si me conoces de verdad, sabes que esto es algo que he querido durante tantos años, ¡he perdido la cuenta! Aunque este sueño de ser dueño de un Café no siempre ha estado en mi mente como un Café 'Vegano', lo supe desde que era una niña, un día tendré mi propio Café acogedor y cómodo para servir a una comunidad con alegría. ¡Ser algo y darle sentido a algo en este mundo! Al convertirme en madre, he aprendido mucho sobre mí, mis hijos y el beneficio de una buena comida. ¡Tener la oportunidad no solo de comer comida deliciosa sino también comida deliciosa que es saludable!

While I am not in the official steps of opening my own cafe YET, after our recent move, I have taken an official step forward towards my "Vegan Milk Bar" goal {one day I hope to integrate this into my cafe}. THE CONCEPT
No solo tengo en mi corazón una pasión por crear, también tengo una pasión por servir.
Creo en la conexión a través de la comida. Creo en las culturas que se unen compartiendo una comida inspirada en una herencia arraigada que se muestra apasionadamente a través de un plato. Para mí, una comida es mucho más que una simple comida. Es el portal para conversaciones amables, recuerdos hechos y amor compartido.

At this point in my cafe dream, I am working solely on building a menu that is tested thoroughly, even by picky eaters.
There is A LOT of progress that needs to be made before I can make any decisions on where/when my cafe will open.
One thing is absolute, it will all come to be when the time is right!
While I prepare for future plans, I am always making efforts to work towards the ultimate goal! Taking the steps that are beneficial to having future goals be successful is a crucial element in this process. This is where Planted Milk Co. comes in! For many years now we have been making traditionally commercial sourced products ourselves. One product we have found great success with is our homemade plant-based milks & creamers and I absolutely intend to integrate this success into our cafe.
