这是你无法否认的童年最爱,简直就是美味! 从当地市场购买您最喜欢的椒盐卷饼、黑巧克力,当然还有一些巧克力屑。融化巧克力,蘸椒盐卷饼的一端 放入巧克力中,平放在一张羊皮纸上,在上面撒上一些五颜六色的糖屑,尽情享受吧!!

水果冰沙
放学后,放学前,午餐时间.. 一天中的什么时间都没有关系!水果冰沙是饥肠辘辘的完美零食。拿 3 或 4 种你最喜欢的水果冷冻起来,或者在当地市场买一些预先冷冻的水果。将这些与约 1 C 的橙汁或植物奶混合在一起。在上面放上格兰诺拉麦片或几片新鲜水果,尽情享用吧!!
