Jeste li ikada imali san koji NE smijete otpustiti?
Za mene je to moj veganski kafić. Ako me stvarno poznaješ, znaš da je ovo nešto što sam toliko godina željela, izgubila sam broj!! Iako moj san o posjedovanju kafića nije uvijek bio 'veganski' kafić, znam još od malena da ću jednog dana imati svoj vlastiti udoban i udoban kafić koji ću s radošću služiti zajednici. Biti nešto i pružiti nečemu ovom svijetu smisao! Postavši majkom naučila sam mnogo o sebi, svojoj djeci i dobrobiti odličnog obroka. Imati priliku ne samo jesti ukusnu hranu već ukusnu hranu koja je zdrava!

While I am not in the official steps of opening my own cafe YET, after our recent move, I have taken an official step forward towards my "Vegan Milk Bar" goal {one day I hope to integrate this into my cafe}. THE CONCEPT
Ne samo da u svom srcu gajim strast za stvaranjem, imam i strast za služenjem.
Vjerujem u povezanost kroz hranu. Vjerujem u kulture koje se ujedinjuju kroz dijeljenje obroka inspiriranog ukorijenjenom baštinom koja se strastveno prikazuje kroz jelo. Obrok je za mene sasvim sigurno više od samog obroka. To je portal za ljubazne razgovore, uspomene i podijeljenu ljubav.

At this point in my cafe dream, I am working solely on building a menu that is tested thoroughly, even by picky eaters.
There is A LOT of progress that needs to be made before I can make any decisions on where/when my cafe will open.
One thing is absolute, it will all come to be when the time is right!
While I prepare for future plans, I am always making efforts to work towards the ultimate goal! Taking the steps that are beneficial to having future goals be successful is a crucial element in this process. This is where Planted Milk Co. comes in! For many years now we have been making traditionally commercial sourced products ourselves. One product we have found great success with is our homemade plant-based milks & creamers and I absolutely intend to integrate this success into our cafe.
